For help with EdgeScan, your account or an app issue:

To help us find the issue, include your account email, device type, app version and a short description. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or other sensitive information.

Privacy and account enquiries

You can use the support address for questions about your account data or to request account closure. Tell us which product you use and the email associated with your account. We may need to verify that the account belongs to you before acting on a request.

Subscriptions

For a subscription purchased through Apple or Google, use the subscription settings for the relevant store to manage renewal. If you need help with access inside EdgeScan, contact support.
